All over the province, groups of people are working together to protect bears and human properties. Education is always the key and all the local groups can always use more support. To find a local group, try searching the name or your community, along with “Bear Smart” or “Bear Aware”, and in some cases “Bear Alliance”, such as the Sunshine Coast Bear Alliance.
